Shipping

All purchases are shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS) 

  • (As of 2/1/23) We offer FREE PRIORITY MAIL SHIPPING on orders OVER $75. Orders under $75 will be shipped via ground shipping. 
  • All domestic purchases are given a tracking number for shoppers to be able to track their package's delivery date. 
  • 1-2 business days is the processing time and does not include the shipping time.
  • 2-3 business days is the shipping time and does not include processing time. 
  • We are closed Sundays and start processing weekend orders on Monday in the order that they were received. 

Returns

Please be sure to fill out the return form and include it with your return. All items must be returned to us in the condition they were received in. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, smoke, deodorant, and perfume free with all tags still attached. Returns must be made within 10 days of receiving your items.

The following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned:

  • Sale Items
  • Sunnies
  • Jewelry + Accessories + Hats
  • Bodysuits + Bralettes
  • Home + Gift + Custom
  • Baby Items (excluding apparel)

Once returned to our storefront, returns will be processed within 5 business days. Any items sent back to us that are not in compliance with our return policy will be shipped back to the customer at their expense. We do not provide return labels.

FOR PURCHASES MADE OVER INSTAGRAM/PHONE: We’re flexible! You can ship your item back to us, or bring it back to our storefront, whichever is more convenient for you.

DAMAGED ITEMS: If you receive a damaged item/defective item, please text our store phone at either 479-522-0512 or 479-974-7209. Please include your name, order number, cell phone & a photo of the damage.

Returns brought to the store or postmarked back to us within 10 days of delivery are eligible for store credit OR exchange only. Sale items are final sale. Store Credit expires after 5 years. We get new styles in everyday and hope we can assist you in finding something new if your purchase doesn't work out!

HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY (effective 11/26/23)
Clothing purchased between the dates of 11/26-12/24 as a gift may be returned for STORE CREDIT or EXCHANGE only with a gift receipt. The last day to exchange an item is 12/31/22. All other items are FINAL SALE.
