Card + Cloth Online Returns

Please be sure to print/fill out the below return form and include it with your return. All items must be returned to us in the condition they were received in. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and smoke, deodorant and perfume free with all tags still attached (please note that some items purchased online might not have tags). Returns must be made within 10 days of receiving your items – we will use the delivery date from the USPS tracking link provided at the time of shipment.

The following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned: jewelry, accessories, bralettes, sale items, items purchased using a discount code (excludes store credit discount codes). 

Once returned to our storefront, returns will be processed within 5 business days. Any items sent back to us that are not in compliance with our return policy will be shipped back to the customer at their expense. If you live in the Fort Smith, Arkansas area, feel free to bring your return to our storefront. 

ONLINE RETURN POLICY Returns brought to the store or postmarked back to us within 10 days of delivery are eligible for store credit only. Sale items are final sale. Store credit expires in 5 years. You will receive a store credit gift card code via email.

Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged/defected item, please email hello@cardandclothshop.com within 3 days of delivery. Please include a picture of the damage + your order number. 


Lost packages: We are not responsible for USPS First Class Mail packages that are lost or stolen and will not offer a refund. 


Additional Return Details: After the item is worn, it’s yours! Card + Cloth is not responsible for damages that occur while the item is being worn. We reserve the right to refuse a returned item that was reported damaged if the item shows any signs of wear.
