Cardandclothshop.com is open 24/7 but our HQ office is open Monday 12-4, Tuesday-Friday 10am-6pm and closed all holidays. Our storefront is open Monday 12-4, Tuesday-Friday 10-6 and Saturday’s 10-4pm – all CST.

Should I receive an email after placing my order?
Yes, you will receive 2 separate emails. The first email confirms your order was received and is processing. Once your order has been completed, you will receive a second email with a tracking number, or local pick up confirmation. If you do not receive either of these emails, please check your JUNK MAIL and add email@example.com to your email address book.
Are all of the items on your website in store?
No, some of our items are online exclusives and some of our in-store items are in-store exclusives. For questions regarding our inventory, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or text the store phone at 479-522-0512.
Can my gift card be used in store?
Yes! Your gift card can be used in store and online – as long as it has a QR code for us to scan in-store or 16 digit code to enter during your online checkout.
When I order a gift card online, will I receive a physical gift card in the mail?
No, gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout. If you want a physical gift card mailed to you, you will need to order that over the phone. 479-522-0512
I need to cancel my order. Can I do that?
Orders cannot be changed, canceled or modified after checkout.
I tracked my order and it says it was delivered but I still haven't received it. What should I do?
Please contact your local post office first to see if they can assist you in locating your package. Please allow 2-3 business before contacting us from the date of the delivery scan. This allows the postal service time to re-route your package. If the package is still not located, please contact us via email and we will do our best to assist you.
I'm trying to use two discount codes and it's not working. Is that correct?
Yes. Our website only allows one discount code per purchase. However, you can use a discount code & a store credit/gift card code on one order.
My size is sold out. Will you do a restock?
We try to do restocks on popular selling items when we can but can’t always restock items.
Is Card + Cloth hiring?
